No, the charge bars only alter the available volume of the powder dispensed, and do not alter the "altitude" or height of the case activating the measure. If left at the original settings, the belling should remain the same. I assume you are at the upper limit of a small bar on the measure and want to use the large bar to give you more adjustability, or the other way around, the lower limits on a large bar and moving to a small one.
