Powder measure staining - how to remove

I have had a couple of my powder measures since 1995. After 30 years, they are quite powder stained a dark brown and visibilty of powder level is difficult to see. How would you clean them? Soap and water do not remove the staining. Thanks

Interesting. We've used the orange based waterless hand soap to clean them in the past. The current hopper tubes are made of a new polymer that reacts much less with the residual solvents and graphite in the powder.
