Powder on top of bar

I have powder sitting on top of the small powder bar. I just got my press back from Dillon and it has the new hopper system. Using bullseye powder. Not sure why it leaves powder each pull of the lever on top of the powder bar.

We have some slightly thicker spacer bars available. Please email us and ask for one. Please include your address. Simply a tolerance stacking issue is all.
