Quote from Reloader on November 17, 2019, 1:19 amI have ask Dillon for help on this topic several times, The tech said to put my finger on the shell plate as it index's. What a fix right? Go to Hitfactorshooting.com, order kit #650U, its a bearing to place on the shell plate bolt, a low mass ball and spring and a camming pin with a roller on the end and some quick change screws and powder knob, it work wonders, its more help then your gonna get from Dillon, sad to say, they are putting them selves out of business in my opinion.

I always put heavy axle grease on the ball and spring assembly as well as the bolt shaft where it passes through the plate after cleaning. If I slowly turn the shell plate by hand, it only barely moves as the spring loaded ball enters its detent stop.
