Powder spillage solved

After rebuilding/servicing my 650, I was determined to figure out why the shellplate vibrates so much that it shakes the case with the powder inside causing the powder to shake out.

The resolve is in the adjustment of the camming pin. If the camming pin does not sync with the turning of the shellplate, then the case "rides" along the outer shellplate until the case aligns with the shellplate slot. If it's not in sync, the spring tension of the case insert slide and slide cam causes the cartridge to "bang"into the slot. This causes the shellplate to vibrate a lot causing the powder spill.

Now adjusted, no spillage.

Addendum: The shellplate doesn't vibrate, rather, it case causes the shellplate to turn quickly causing the powder flip out when it stops into position.

Also, I'm not using the needle bearing / flat washer remedy.
