powder spilling

While loading 9mm today I am having a lot of powder spilling out or should I say bouncing out. I am using HS-6 and it becomes a mess with powder bouncing everywhere. What can I do to fix this problem?

I added these to my 650 and they helped. I also find a smooth rhythm helps.
