Powder stopped dropping Square Deal
Quote from Reloader on November 5, 2015, 3:23 pmWhile reloading over 100 rds of .40 with TiteGroup powder with no problems, the powder stopped dropping into the case. I never have experienced this problem before.
Any suggestions where to look or fix?

First, make sure you have a case under the powder measure to push up on the floating funnel and activate the powder measure. Next, be sure the failsafe return rod is attached, and the blue wing nut is tight enough to retract the powder bar.I will try these suggestions and let you know.

Quote from Reloader on November 5, 2015, 7:34 pmProblem fixed. Pn. 14023 (8-32x3/4 BH screw) had backed out (came loose) causing the powder measure roller to slip out of place. With the roller out of place the slotted bell crank (pn 97034) had nothing to push against during the cycle. Net effect no powder drop. After partial disassemble I was able to get the loose screw back in place and get everything working again. I ran six test loads to make sure the correct amount of powder drop was coming out. All's well.
