Power Bar Returns on downstroke

Be sure the bellcrank cube is not slipping out of the notch in the powder bar. You might also remove the bellcrank and look for a crack in the housing where the bolt threads into it.

The culprit turned out to be square plastic bushing (Bellcrank Cube #13871) that is in the slot on the back side of the powder bar. The hole in the center of the Cube had worn to the point that one side cracked and was hanging the power bar's return.
