Press ID "B" .. or not

Interested in purchasing a press from a guy and he dont know if its the older or newer "B", style How can we ID the press?

Will the newer dies and change over parts work in the older syle press?

The "B" adds a low primer alarm and a mechanical return linkage on the powder measure. All current conversion kits, other parts, fit the older machines with no problems.
