Primer cup question

When moving the arm back forward the primer cup seems to gets slightly caught on the shell plate holder( for lack of a better term) And to watch the shell plate at that exact moment it shifts to the left as the cup seems to push it that way as it comes back with the next primer. The biggest aggravation is that many times I'm simply priming rifle so the cartridge isn't in place when the primer comes back and it's pops out or goes side wards or hits the floor.
I have tried adjusting the bars travel and stop to no avail.
Id be great full if I could find a way to fix that.
