Primer Feed Issue

Firstly; I love my Square deal.....
Only issue is that every few hundred rounds I need to replace the little blue (small primer) orifice that is attached at the bottom of the primer feed tube.
Anyone else have this issue?
Anyone found a permanent fix for this problem?
