Primer Feeder
Quote from Reloader on April 10, 2012, 12:32 amI just received my Square Deal B for a retirement gift. Great press, but I have a lot to learn about this one. I am used to single position presses.
Is there an easy way to stop the primers from feeding when manually indexing the press? For example when I am dumping powder at station 2 to check on the scale I have to reach in and pick off the primer from the seating position.

Quote from Reloader on April 20, 2012, 11:15 pmYour talking about a primer being in the primer seating cup, right? You can leave the primer in that cup as a new one will not enter that cup until it get emptied by seating that primer into a case.

Haven't reloaded for 25 years and that was with a single stage press. This progressive is the way to go.
