Primer not seating

Gives me a chance to check them good for those stepped cases that seem to show up more often. Those I pitch.

I collect oncefired brass from a police shooting range. All their brass is NT headstamped. So, I bought a Dillion swager and can reprime the .40 s&w and 9mm easily. It is good brass but cannot be reprimed without swaging.
