Primer pick up issue

Newbie to the 750. Now the primer system only works intermittently.

I will get 5-6 pick ups with the primer cup and then nothing. I can push down somewhat on the primer level indicator rod, but that does not always work to dislodge what I perceive to be a primer block in the primer tube.

After missing a few primer pick ups from the tube, the primer slide will spit out 2 or three and then work fine for 5-6 primers then stop picking up primers.

Is there something in the primer tube and chute or in the primer bar movement? or what?

On my 750, I had to back out the set screw a 1/4 turn to let the primer bar travel further back on the pick-up end.

Backing out the set screw fixed mine too.
