After you clean, I suggest a slight spray and dry of Hornaday One Shot Gun Cleaner and Lube.  Only takes a drop or two one top and bottom.  This is a dry lube goes on wet air drys quickly.

Probably time to clean the interior of the magazine tube. Cut a small cloth patch, wet it with alcohol, use the plastic follower rod to push it through the magazine a few times to clean it out.
