Primer Problem

I'm sure this has been covered. The primer system works for the first 99 primers. The last one locks the slide and sends the primer flying off the press. Primer system has been cleaned and seemed to function normally except the last primer. Any ideas?

I suspect the set screw that aligns the primer cup under the plastic magazine tip is out of adjustment ever so slightly, like 1/16-1/32 of a turn is all. With the weight of the other primers above it, the primers feed into the cup. without any more weight on top, the last primer fails to feed.
