primer problem
Quote from Reloader on July 23, 2014, 2:18 amI was having trouble getting the small primer pick up tube to pick up primers. It would pick up 5 and then stop. With help from others I got that fixed and filled the tube twice and into the tube on the machine twice and loaded rounds. Then when I tried to fill the tube on the machine the third time, it wouldn't let the primers fall into the tube from the primer pick up tube. Took it apart twice and can't see why the primers are not going in. I need help!

I've had this when I reused a primer that didn't seat well on my 650. it got bent a little in the attempt and then went into the live/unused primer container. I put back in my sort tray and it looked fine, but it caused the same problem that you seem to have. Be very careful removing it. I had to disassemble the mechanism and gently tap it out. I wasn't successful and had to get a new tube from Dillon. That's where they shine, it was all my fault but they sent one right out - no charge! You gotta love their no BS warranty! Hopefully you'll have better luck.

This will not let the primers drop properly so they can be picked up. Pull the primer feed tube out and bend the two little fingers out a little then slowly insert the tube and turn it until you can feel the notch engage and drop it in.
