Primer punch

I got a new one; Has anybody ever broke a primer punch on a RL550B?
I have no idea how this could have happened, buy I sure broke one today.
And I have had and been loading on this machine since 1996.

People do break them. Usually the slide is dirty and fails to line up with the hole in the platform. The punches are heat-treated, and snap before they will bend much.
