Primer Pusher

I have a brand new machine have de-primed and Push in 4 primers. All have a dent in them. When I inspect the machine it looks as if the small Metal Pusher has a small tit left on it from a machine lathe? what can I do?

While this is merely cosmetic, you can remove this using a sharpening stone or a Kratex cone on a Dremel tool.
