Primer Tips

I had two of the blue primer feed tube tips break (less then 150 rounds). In addition each of those tips shows scaring lines near the upper portion of the blue tip in the direction of the primer tube. I pulled the Primer assembly off and measured the primer cup per the instructions. It came in at 1.402 with my calipers. The cup did not go back far enough and I adjusted the set screw to allow the cup to be positioned directly under the blue primer feed tube. After this adjustment the primers worked perfectly until the blue tip once again broke after a dozen rounds. Upper portion still scared as well. Thoughts on the problem as well as how do I obtain more blue primer tips as I'm down to one. Thanks,
