primers jamming in pick up tube

What size primer tubes are you using? There are two sizes, and if you are picking up small primers with the large tubes, the result would be what you're experiencing. The small tubes use the yellow tips and the large use the green tips. It may be possible that you have the yellow tip on the large tube.

Dillon replaced the tubes, it continued to happened. My solution was to roll some 1000 grit sandpaper and hone the inside of the tube. Fixed the problem. Hope this helps.
