primers not seating

I was loading 45acp and stated to find that the primers were not seating all the way in and after ahour of checking everything this is what i found ( by the way my 550 is 21 years old )

Received replacement crank today ,old crank had had clips and washers and new one had nuts and washers, took a little while to install but DID IT !!!!

THANKS Dillon !!! even after 20 years and 300,000 rounds, the service is GREAT !!!!
