Primers turned sideways

Before I added a case feeder to my 550, I almost never had a priming issue. Now 2-3 out of every couple hundred turn sideways. I'm loading 38 Spl and 40 S&W. I have cleaned, lubed and adjusted by the manual but it still happens.

Is the primer flat until you push the handle forward to seat the primer? Do you hear a clicking sound when you push the handle forward?

Don't hear any clicking and I do believe its flat. It is every time I watch it and just when I think its going good, I don't look and will have one turn.
