Problem at #1
Quote from Reloader on January 14, 2013, 9:19 pmI'm having problems at station #1. From time to time the 9mm case will get pulled out of the shell plate and stays stuck in the sizing die - stuck hard. The manual says "no adjustments" are needed at this station. What gives?

I am having the same problem with my .45LC. It is happening more than not, 10 out of 30 rounds. I just received my SDB Friday, set it up, and now this issue.
I will let you know if i get a reply, you let me know if you do.

Read my explanation at station one shell jamming. It was self imposed for my problem. I kept jerking the handle and was not applying smooth slow pressure. Everytime i jerked i dislodged a shell and it got stuck. I will try to reload later this week and make sure that this is the problem. I thought that when i felt pressure that i had to jerk the handle, that was wrong. slow smooth constant movement is what is needed. I hope this helps your cause.
