Problem with Seater Assembly

Hello,
i have a problem with the Primer System.
The Rotary Primer Disc dose not rotates completely.
When primers are in the Disc it dose not rotate at all.
I think it´s the Seater Assembly because the pin that press the primer in the Case does not go complete back in the Seater Assembly.
It looks like that the Pin is too long.
I have tried to make a Photo of it.

Is it possible to srew the Pin deeper in the Seater Assembly?

I do not think that the Seater Assembly is worn out because i had only loaded about 3000 .45 ACP cartridges with it.

Greetings from Germany

The primer seating punch is just dirty. Push down on the skirt, pry off the e-clip, and remove the spring. Soak in solvent for a while, scrub off, and reassemble.

It works great!
Thank you for your help.

Roland, Mine is doing the same thing, I think it is powder build up inside due me being too quick with the handle when filling cases. Recenty made efforts to slow my pace ( Dillon guys were right again). I think I am going to try and soak in Brakekleen to see if I can clean out the debris inside the punch. Taking it apart is a PITA, so I gotta invent a mini press to remove the snap ring at the top (actually the botton of the punch piece until I turn it over to press the outer rind down)..
