RCBS Dies

I have a set of .223 RCBS Competition Dies. Can the bullet seating die be used with the XL650? This is the die with the micrometer bullet seating head. It seems the die is to tall to get the bullet seated all the way. The dies come with a extended shell holder that is used when seating a bullet in a single stage press.

The RCBS competition dies are too tall for use on Dillon equipment. Other brands of competition dies are compatible.
