Refit XL650 to XL750
Quote from Reloader on October 23, 2020, 7:26 amI have a XL 650 with primer seating issues and want to upgrade to the Priming System of the 750.
Is it possible to get any kind of conversion kit to refit the 650 into a 750?
Any help would be great.

Quote from Reloader on October 25, 2020, 3:03 pmThere seems to be a different platform used on the '750 so there is likely no easy conversion. Used '650s are going for insane prices right now on eBay so if you *really* want a '750 and can wait *months* for it, now would be a very good time to sell. What exact problems are you having with the '650 that you think the '750 priming system will solve? One change I've made to my '650 is to get an aftermarket "Primer Stop Switch," which enables me to control when primers are fed, and more importantly, when they are not. They can be found on eBay.

Quote from Reloader on October 28, 2020, 7:26 amThere are issues with the Priming System.
After Setting up and checking without primers, everything works pretty fine.
But if I load primer in the tube, I instantly get feeding Problems with crushed primers, they are flipped etc.
With this, everything stops and I Need to clean everything again.
What I heard, the primer System of the 750 is compatibel with the 650 but more reliable.
Unfortunately, I don`t get any replys to my support E-Mail from 9 days ago with the exact same Question.

Quote from Reloader on October 28, 2020, 8:35 pmHere's what you need to know, you know?
–You know that there are parts for small primers and large primers and have selected small or large magazine tube and the appropriate rotary primer disc.
–You know that the rotary disk is not badly grooved or damaged.
–You know that the brass tip of the magazine tube is not damaged and is fully inserted.
–You know that the knurled knob that is the "magazine shield cap" is just snug and not overly tight.
–You know that your brass does not have crimped primer pockets. –You know that the case fits easily into the shellplate and the case rims are not damaged and distorted.
–You know that the primer station locator tab is correctly adjusted with the set screw. That's all I can think-of to check. Where exactly are the primers flipping and turning sideways?

Quote from Reloader on October 29, 2020, 7:13 amThanks for your help,
to answer almost every Question there: yes. But: I will check the set screw of the primer locator tab. That could be an issue.
The primers are flipping between the brass tip of the Magazin tube and the Rotary Disc. There is the Problem.
Iam going to check everything, I actually do have a new magazin tube on Hand because I thought it might be the tip that causes my Problems.
The locator tab was just replaced, I almost completely installed a spare parts kit. Thanks!

Quote from Reloader on October 30, 2020, 12:48 pmYesterday I replaced the Magazin tube. The tip of the old tube was damaged.
After that, I checked the set screw and endet up testing the priming system. Everything worked fine without primers.
The I loaded some primers and again, it worked. Now the next step is to load complete rounds.
But, so far, I think my XL650 is back to Business.
Thanks for helping me. If there are any new issues, I will write again.
