Refurbishing A 650

I bought my 650 press maybe 15 or more years ago, and while not reloading 10,000 rounds a year, I find I am having more trouble with it than I used to. I would like to send it to Dillon and have them refurbish it. Can anyone tell me the correct way to go about this? Costs involved? Thanks.

We charge $77.95 to perform a clean and lube service on the XL650. We first need to create a return authorization for you. Please phone or email us requesting one. If you email us, please include your address, as we have to look up your account in our database to do so.

What do I need to send along with the press? Toolhead? Dies? Shell plate?

77.95 to clean and lube ?? Does this cover any warn parts ? My xl650 is going on 20 yrs old and is out of time and have worn parts. It also needs to be reconditioned

I would like to know, too.

When you send in your machine for cleaning and lubing, please remove the handle, the brass locator pins, the spent primer cup, case feed post and tube. If the powder measure is fine, then remove the entire toolhead, no need to send it in.
During the clean and lube service, all worn out or damaged parts are replaced under warranty.

Very cool thank you for the quick reply

What size box does the 650 come in?my box is long gone

The factory box, which has foam inserts, measures 31' x 14" x 15"
