Reloading .308 and powder check keeps going off

Well I've been loading 308 and been having all kinds of problems. I've been trying to reload for my AR-10 and my Rem 700 and found that I can't load without setting off powder check? The powder check keeps going off. I'm using BLC-2 and my loads are maybe only 1/10 off. Can't figure it out.

If you are using mixed brands of cases, especially mixed military and commercial cases, the volume difference between them could be enough to cause this.

Yup!!!b that was it EXACTLY!!!! Plus I just found out about this small base die crap!!!!
