Why do 44mag 240 grain bullets slide into 44 mag cases too easily?

The size die should tighten the neck enough that the bullet is a press fit. See if the bullet slides into the neck after resizing, before any other step. What machine are you loading on, and using what brand of dies?

I am using Dillon dies and 550b

I did not have their sizing die adjusted corrected.
