Removing Primer Mag. Shield/Emptying Primers

Though I removed the screw at the bottom side of the shield, it won’t budge!
Ideas please before I disassemble further???

Or unbolt the whole machine and turn it upside down. Removing the powder hopper first might be a good idea.
