Removing Primers

Quick question, what's the easiest way to remove primers from the S1050 to switch primers? (CCI400s to 41s)

Unfortunately there is no easy way. You need to move the primer cam/arm assembly up a few inches, then unbolt the primer feed body from the machine. As soon as you lift the primer feed from the machine, any primers still in the tube will fall out, so cup your hand underneath it to catch them.
