Quote from Reloader on February 23, 2013, 9:46 pmHello...First let me start out by acknowledging that I know you are very busy....that being said...why is it I have sent at least 6 messages via e-mail to you (Dillon) with no responses..? I get "may take a few days for a response." But has been weeks not a "few days"....I have sent questions reference to "Dillon" equipment and to product availability......I would like to purchase components as well as parts for my newly acquired press....But your site does not list availability.....am I being ignored or are things that busy....? Thanks....Paul

Quote from Reloader on February 25, 2013, 5:45 pmBased on the date you posted this request I would guess Dillon is some what busy.
If you have questions about Dillon equipment you may want to post on the Forum.
As others with Dillon equipment may be able to help you. FWIW.

Quote from Reloader on February 26, 2013, 12:35 amI think they are just that busy.
They are there though. I sent them a email on the 18th requesting
a warranty replacment for a item on my 650 powder drop that busted on me.
Just today the item arrived. I was surprised as I had no response from
my original email. At that time their email robot replyed they were 2 weeks behind in replying to any email and to please be patient.
That email also asked me to avoid unneccessary repetitive emails so as to not clog them further.I dont' think people realize how frentic things are. Imagine your local Walmart with bare ammo shelves and go look at Midway and Brownell catalogs and notice the NO backorder and OUT OF STOCK on virutally
all reloading related gear and especially components.Get it?
IT is like a consumer Hurricane, class 5.
Sucking up everything in exisitence.
These are not normal times. You might also try Brian Enos's web site. IT is a good forum and blog. There is a Dillon specific sub forum there. I find more people tend to post there than here.
He has a great FAQ and link section you might read in the meantime.
Oh, and to repeat they never replied to my warranty request. They just acted when they had time and I guess the part ready.Good luck and hang on to your patience cloth.

I understand your frustration, but the fact is they are that busy. Across the board, firearms, ammo, manufactures and anything to do with our love of things that go bang are way behind and playing catch up. It is hard for sure, but try to be as patient as possible. A company that had 50 employees and suddenly needs 300 just cant possibly keep up...
