RF100 flipping primers

I'm having the same problem with my RF-100 flipping primers upside down or on their sides which is a real pain in the butt to clear out. I'm averaging 12 cases per 100 that end up with upside down primers or crushed primers that are on their sides. That is certainly not a time saver in any sense of the words and it's an expensive paper weight at this point. I do not have the reostat on mine. I have a new RF100 factory set for small primers. It has never loaded a full box of primers successfully. I have learned that it works best at the lowest rheostat setting. At the highest setting there are always upside and sideways primers loaded into the tube. At the lowest setting the sideways primers don’t occur as often.
