RL 450 Upgrade Auto Prime System

Does the RL 450 Upgrade Auto Prime System include a new Primer Return Spring (13928)? It's difficult to tell what parts are included from the picture.

This kit does not include a replacement return spring, as the spring is the same for either the manual or automatic primer feed
