Rl1100 primer slide is jerk-y

Please see the two video links below, I need help diagnosing this. Im new to this machine and I have no idea what is wrong with it. I've consulted the manual and its of no help. This machine doesn't even have 1000 rounds through it yet and its already started doing this. Small primer system if it matters.
