RL450 Triva

I have a RL450 with bronze link arms with a couple of 550 upgrades that continues to work flawlessly.

Can you tell me the year(s) the 450s were made with bronze link arms?

Rumor has it there a serial number on it somewhere. I haven't found one.

The bronze link arms were very early, 1980 only. Serial numbers were in 1983-very early 1984. When we ran out of the serial number plates, we never ordered more.

Does anyone know how many bronze link arm 450s were built.

Mine also came with a brass primer housing and brass primer pickup tubes.

No records were ever kept as to dates for those changes.
