RL550 Indexing plate binding

I recently uncovered (it's been in my garage and completely covered) my 7 year old 550, cleaned and lubed, and got started reloading. Three rounds in, the indexing plate bolt tightened down to the point that it won't turn at all. I see that the bolt is turning with the plate for some reason. Any ideas why?

Did you tighten the set screw in ram?

Not sure what set screw....?

Dumb on me... I'd never loosened it, but it did seem to cinch down on the bolt. Much appreciated!
