RL550B Case Feeder
Quote from Reloader on October 8, 2015, 11:58 pmHi having a slight problem with case feeder lower mechanism. It shoots the case into the case holder on an angle and a slight jiggle of the press handle sometimes sets it ok? Then all of a sudden it performs as usual for a few rounds? It is followed by then not letting the primer insert without giving the case a light push an then OK, this is getting to me. I have cleaned the case rotating holder of any debris but this does not seem to be the problem? It is still faster than inserting the cases by hand in the RL550B but must be abled to be fixed?

Quote from Reloader on November 4, 2015, 4:19 pmIt sounds like the cam needs to be fine-tuned a bit more. When making fine adjustments to the cam, I use a flat-blade screwdriver as a lever applied at the rear part of the base of the cam. Then when I pull the handle of the screwdriver towards me I can move the cam rearward very slightly.
Otherwise, please phone us when you can be in front of the machine for best assistance.
