Roller Handle

I received my aluminum roller handle for my 550B. The 550 comes with 1 washer and the roller handle came with 2 washers. Does the washers for the roller handle have to be installed with 1 above the nut and 1 where the shaft meets the machine? Why does the original handle only come with 1 washer? Thank you Dillon.

Some crank assemblies require two washers above the hadle socket to ensure the nylock nut is tight enough to prevent the handle from moving in the crank.
