Rounds wont fit case gage

I have what you could call a problem with my square deal. About 25% of the cartridges I produce will not fit in the 9 mm case gage. The bullet in question is a 115 grain .356 copper plated TC bullet. With other types of  9 mm bullets about 5% of the rounds won't fit in the case gage and that's OK by me. But one out of four rounds its to much.

I have no problems with the TC-bullet in my other single stage press, infact almost every bullet i produce with that press will fit the case gage.

I tested to size about 100 cases in station 1 and then I ran them through a case gage. Every case fited perfectly. After completing the three remaning stations I still ended up with about 20 rounds that didn't go in to the case gage.

Is this a sign of to much bell on the case? Or do I crimp them to much? Or to little? Any suggestions?

I use CBC (Magtech) cases (shot once) and federal primers.

What is the case mouth diameter on a loaded cartridge? Absolute maximum is .381", should be .379-.380".

For 9mm, max bullet diameter is .3555"

Case mouth diameter on a loaded cartridge is .376.
Strange enough it's the same diameter on the cartridges that fit the case gage and those cartridges that don't fit. In any case it sounds like I crimp these cartridges to much, right? Might perhaps even deformed them?

Try backing off the crimp slightly.
