Scales

All powders have different densities and you have to adjust charge bars to dispense the correct charge of the powder you are using. Change powders and you will need to adjust the system for the new powder.
Anyone that reloads without a scale is playing Russian roulette. All charge bars are subject to failure and you will never know if you do not verify your machine.
Precision marksmanship is impossible without an accurate scale.
While the electronic scales are really popular right now they are not foolproof. All are susceptible to errors and drift caused mostly by static electricity. If you go the electronic route be sure to buy a set of standards and treat them like they were the most precious thing you own. Read up on the problems and cures as related to electronic scales BEFORE you buy one.
I personally prefer beam balance scales. Not always as fast but with basic care they will last for generations.
