SD small powder bar problem

I switched over to the small powder bar to load .32 S&W long and it dispenses powder almost at random...sometimes none ..sometimes 2.5 gr , sometimes 1.1 grains all without my adjusting the bar.
What the heck is going on ? ( P.S. this bar worked fine a moth ago when it was last on the machine).

Are you using the standard small or the optional extra small powder bar? For powder charges under about 2.6 grains you need the extra small powder bar.

It is the bar supplied with the .32 conversion kit....is there a part number on it?
