SDB in .223?

I'm hearing rumours that you can load .223 rifle cartidges in a SDB. Any truth to this? Where can I get a conversion kit if it is true?

No truth at all. .223 is too tall to load on the SDB, as the cartridge is still partially in the seating die when the shellplate begins to rotate.
