SDB Persistent Primer Feeding Problems — HELP!

I’ve been having persistent issues with my SDB automated primer feeding system since I purchased it and am looking for some major help.
Every 500-700 rounds I am experiencing these issues....
1) pulling off the automatic priming system and removing all the primers, cleaning it out, finding the problem and thinking I’m fixing it. At least once
2)dropping primers 1-4 times per 100 and picking them up off the ground
3) binding and not feeding primers 2-3 times per 100 rounds
4) Replacing the plastic orifice at least once

I’ve called and talked to tech support multiple times and have been told the same thing every time, nothing different. By now I’ve done everything by the time I call and have been told....

Needless to say I’ve checked all of these multiple times, every time I’ve taken off the automatic priming system and when I’ve called and nothing has helped. I’ve gotten talked to about the issue, laughed at said that I’m obviously not doing something correctly because the plastic orifices should last at least 10,000 rounds not less than 1000, then send me 3. Which last a whopping 2000 rounds at most.

I have sent my SDB in to Dillon to checkout the problem in the past, they said nothing is wrong and I, yet, still am having these problems very frequently!!

I need help and don’t know where to turn, I don’t feel comfortable calling tech support because I’m getting the same answers every time and it’s not helping. Not to mention laughing at me, making me feel stupid and incompetent....
What do you think I should do? Suggestions? Comments?
Thanks

Approximately how old is your SDB? About how many rounds have you loaded on it? Is the roller on your primer slide plastic or brass?

2010ish, refurbished in 2015/16. The roller is brass. Total loaded about 90,000-100,000 rounds between 40cal and 9mm. Only loaded small pistol primers, no large in that timeframe

Try this:
With primers in the magazine tube, pull the handle down. With the handle still in the down position, grab the primer slide and pull it towards you. Now, lift the handle up. Is there a primer in the cup?

If yes, then you have a burr forming over the white plastic overtravel block, where the brass roller travels. This white block is what pushes the primer slide outward the rest of the way. The burr can be scraped away by removing the primer feed, and using a pointy knife to scrape the burr at the bottom of the roller pathway. The block should protrude out beyond this incline.
