SDB Rattles
Quote from Reloader on June 5, 2019, 12:44 amMy SDB sounds like a rattle trap. The whole powder tube, and powder measure up are really loose and flopping around. Everything is tight and the powder drops are accurate but it concerns me that something is worn out. Anybody have this issue. Called Dillon and they are sending me the part that has the set screw on it. Not sure that will fix the problem but maybe.

Quote from Reloader on June 10, 2019, 2:52 pmIt sounds like the white delrin bushing that goes into the connector body collar might be missing.Detach the powder measure from the powder die. Look up into the underside of the bottom of the connector body collar. There should not be a gap between the steel powder drop tube and the connector body collar. On the first generation machines, the metal drop tube contacted the inside of the collar. On later versions, there was a white delrin sleeve between the drop tube and the collar. From the bottom, it looks like a white circle around the drop tube.
