She'll plate alignment

Hi I'm from Australia and have a problem with the shell plate alignment to the dies. I only just noticed yesterday always thought the noise was the primer cam or powder fail safe rod turns out the case doesn't line up with the sizing/de priming die or the powder funnel. Once it starts it seems to rotate the shell plate a fraction and sizes flares and drops the powder and all the rest. How do I align the shell plate so the case meets up spot on or very close I'd say it's out about .015". Have only loaded 300rounds and most seem fine some the bullet is a little out of square but that may be my shaky hands. This is for 9mm
Hope you can help
Thank you

Make sure you tighten the dies when the cases are up inside them. (this centers the case).

Thanks for the reply, I have set all the dies using the case in as per instructions. I just can't understand why the shell plate moves a fraction, just tried it with no cases when the handle is up the case slot sits exactly in the middle of the primer pin seating when I push forward as if to seat the primer it actually advances maybe .010" clockwise when the handle returns to its normal spot it re centres as I pull the handle down it indexes anti clockwise about .010" and about a 1/4 of the down stroke it moves a fraction more not sure why?
Hope that made sense
Thanks
