Once upon a time the conversion charts were online in HTML format. I saved the pistol and rifle pages and then edited out all the sizes I did not use and added the custom ones (30-40 for example). I put a break between the pistol and rifle. I saved the custom HTML page for later edits. I have a printed copy on my door to the reloader. Nice and simple, quick reference.
I have always wanted to write an app for Dillon that they could put on the web page so custom pages like this could be printed. I just have never gotten around to it. I did tell Dillon about the idea. Maybe their webmaster will implement someday.
