Part of reduced 9MM powder spillage is how you operate the handle:
(i) when the brass hangs up on the expander (even after polishing the outside of the expander), control the handle so the brass doesn't "pop" down off the expander; and
(ii) don't "ram" the handle up so fast at the end of its stroke that the shellplate slams against its stop.
