Shellplate indexing - fixed

My new 1050 was over-indexing the shellplate every 1 out of 5 cases. I couldn't figure out why, so I called DIllon on a Saturday and spoke with Gary (I think) for almost an hour. He was incredibly patient, and walked me through multiple adjustments - mainly adjusting the set screw that contacts the indexing arm, until he had me lift the shellplat and I found that spilt powder was keeping the detent ball from its full travel on the spring. Now my caseffed problem is fixed.

This was my first experience with Dillon's customer service and I was very pleased. I like knowing that my 1050 purchase has quality people standing behind it. Thanks Dillon Precision!
